While I generally suppose a separation of the chairperson and CEO is a good matter, especially in public companies, it is not a sound resolution to set 2 people of corresponding ages, tremendous egos and healthy ambition in this kind of spot relative to each other. They say a camel is a horse planned by a committee. This is a 2 humped camel.
