What are the major differences between business administration and human resource management?

I know that I want to be in the management area and would like to work with hiring, termination, employee satisfaction, employee compensation, etc. Which area would be better to choose to major in. What are the major differences in these two degrees?

Business students benefit from obtaining an online MBA which supplements
their management studies.

Business administration is a generalist degree covering a wide variety of business related areas. HRM focuses of people management issues – which include4s the area you mentioned. I would do an undergrad in business administration and post grad in the specialist area that appeals to you – which may be HRM – or you may have changed you mind by that time.

    Thanks
