What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for tips on everything and anything related to human resource management (including training and development)
  • We’d love your tip to include an original photo (at least one) that illustrates what you’re writing about (if you’re struggling with this please let us know – we might be able to find one for you to use)
  • We’d love your article to be a minimum of 500 – 800 words long
  • We give you a byline and include a link back to your blogs, website (wherever you have a web presence) in return for your article or tutorial
  • Submissions need to be original content that has not (and will not) been published elsewhere online and you need to be willing for us to use them on this site indefinitely.

    We dont have Leave Encashment in our Company and 40% employees are expats.So annual leave is compulsory.I am working on Mandays Lost and Ours is service industry.Shall i take Annual Leave in calculating Mandays Lost and if so,Why?Kindly update

    I need advice, i’m a Economics holder working as hr generalist for 2 years. however, i want to further my education but cant afford to go through one MBA programme. thus, i will like to know if there are any schools running 6months MBA programme on-line MBA that will not affect my job that you can personally recommed.     @Manju, it depends upon the company that you are working and hr policy is that employee is having a clear thought about the organization like nature of the oraganzation.if that environment is good you can easily get your fame by your talent

    HR policy will have the information about vision,mission,goal of the firm. It also includes terms & conditions of employment such as leave policy, employee benefits,payment of date(mode of payment), fringe benefits, organisation structure etc..

    Payroll includes salary details such as basic,DA,other allowance, overtime, incentives etc.. no of days worked by employee, actual number of working days, absent detail, esi,pf contribution,etc… u shall try the same in excel sheet for 50 employees in the beginning..

    future is unknown but hard workers can make it through ,and losing jod is not mark the end of your life.
    soccer team go out to play with other team with aim to wine but it may turnout as lost and that will not make the end up of team about winning and loosing
    there need for adjustment after losing job
    the following qustion should be ask
    what is acause of losing job?are you reallya committed amployee? do you put organization benfit ahead than you?do you performance well at your duties?do you have human skill? if there is something out of this ques than you are part of problem and there is aneed for abjustment to fit.
